Over $14.5 Million In Cannabis Products Seized After Saugus CA Bust

On Thursday, the Cannabis Enforcement Unit of the Bureau of Cannabis Control, along with other agencies raided a vacant business on Bouquet Canyon Road near Magic Mountain Parkway to serve a warrant, according to Alex Traverso, spokesperson for the BCC.

The search warrant resulted in the seizure of cannabis flower and cannabis concentrates with an estimated retail value of $14,569,200, according to investigators.

The vacant building was reportedly a makeshift cannabis concentrate lab, investigators said, with several types of chemistry equipment recovered from the scene.

The Cannabis Enforcement Unit was assisted by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Los Angeles Interagency Metropolitan Police Apprehension Crime Task Force (LA IMPACT) and Los Angeles County Fire Hazmat, according to Traverso.

No arrests have yet been made in connection to the raid as of Friday morning, but the investigation remains ongoing, according to ot investigators.
